Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change, but last-minute cancellations
impact our stylists' livelihoods. To ensure we can provide the best
service to all our clients while respecting our team's time, we've
implemented the following policy:

More than 48 hours before your appointment: Cancel or reschedule at no
charge.

Within 48 hours of your appointment: A cancellation fee of 50% of your
service total will apply.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: You will be charged 100% of your
scheduled service.

We operate on a commission-based model, which means our stylists depend
on their booked appointments. When an appointment is cancelled without
adequate notice, it's difficult to fill that time slot, directly
affecting their income. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
in helping us maintain a fair system for both our clients and our
talented team.
